I had made yellow sugar --lots, of it-- before I noted that there is no use for it! No recipe..? I suppose I could make my own... but was wondering if this was oversight?

Yes it's one of those odd ones that doesn't have a use yet. I realise now I started changing it to be called 'SF Demerara Sugar' but forgot to change it in the drier. Anyway whatever the name I think it feels like something that could be used in something like making sweets/candy?! Added to my 'ideas and things to do' !
