Question account unlinking on HUD coin loss

for the past 3 days mu account shows it is unlinked when checking it on hud. I also have not gained any points since 50 even tho I have done some of the task requied like visiting store going potty  

There were several accounts under your name, but this account is showing as not connected to any in-world avatar. I've now removed the other accounts and set this one to be linked to you osgrid one, so you find things start working for you now.

good grief now i only have 6 xp lost 50 can this be fixed or im I now having to start over
